cuba was never a us territory…. its a country… always has been… had an embargo against them for decades.
mostly true that expired drugs lose potency, but some can be harmful. For example expired tetracycline can cause syndrome. Anyway, I think if you wanted to donate expired meds it would require a pretty extensive study into the possible adverse effects and different dosing to account for decreased potency. So gonna pay for that study?
